The citrus juice processing line is a flagship project of our company. It is primarily used in fruit processing plants for citrus fruits, navel oranges, and lemons, and can produce juice, fruit wine, fruit vinegar, puree, and more. The line consists of systems for fruit selection, cleaning, peeling, juicing, etc.

Feeding Materials
The feeding device is an essential component of the citrus juice production line. It is responsible for automatically feeding raw materials into processing equipment to ensure a continuous and efficient production process. Typically, it is equipped with two systems: a conveyor system and a sorting system. Both are controlled by a centralized system that monitors and adjusts the feeding speed and volume based on production requirements.
Elevating/sorting/washing
This procedure separates fruits based on their size and quality, ensuring only the best fruits are used for processing, resulting in high-quality citrus juice products. The sorting mechanism is automated and adjustable to accommodate various fruit sizes and quality standards.

Needle oil extracting
As the name suggests, this step and machine use needles for the polishing process. These sharp and durable needles penetrate the fruit surface, providing consistent and precise polishing results.
Pre-sorting
This system removes any dirt, leaves, or stems from the fruits before they enter the processing equipment. This step is crucial for maintaining the hygiene and purity of the final citrus juice product.

Cup juice extractor
The cup extractor is suitable for squeezing juice from citrus fruits such as sweet oranges, satsuma mandarins, tangerines, and lemons. It is especially suitable for extracting juice for NFC orange juice. After entering the cup extractor, four different products can be obtained: juice, peel, seed core, and peel and oil mixture.
Cyclone hydraulic separator
The hydrocyclone is a versatile equipment used for processes like ultrafiltration, concentration, and dehydration. It utilizes centrifugal force to separate liquids and solids, extracting fruit juice or removing solid particles from the juice. It can be adjusted during operation to achieve different separation effects. By controlling the separator speed and feed rate, juice concentration and quality can be managed. Additionally, the separator reduces foam formation by lowering air pressure inside the drum, thereby enhancing separation efficiency.
