The fruit pulper can process vegetables and fruits into juice while separating kernels, seeds, and thin skins. Commercial fruit pulpers are specifically designed for stone fruits and are divided into single-pass and double-pass types. Carota primarily utilizes double-pass fruit pulpers, which can operate independently or as part of large-scale juice production lines.

 

Working Principle
 

 

The slurry first enters the first process through the feeding port. After undergoing repeated shearing, squeezing, impacting, and other actions of the attacking blades, smaller slurry particles are formed. It then enters the second stage where it undergoes further shearing, squeezing, impacting, and other actions by the blades, making the slurry particles more uniform and fine. Finally, the formed slurry flows out of the double-pass beater through the discharge port.
